Heidi Henderson brings more than 25 years of leadership in the medical field to the skilled performance of billing, credentialing, and practice management responsibilities. 1ˢᵗ Credentialing began in 2008 as a specialized consulting business for a variety of medical specialties.

It soon became clear that different physicians in all areas of medicine needed a trustworthy partner to provide in-depth credentialing services. Because of Heidi Henderson’s comprehensive knowledge of medical practice operations and experience working directly with physicians, it was natural to start a business assisting physicians and healthcare administrators in managing their day-to-day credentialing activities.
