Reenroll in Medicaid by September 24th

Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will accept your completed provider revalidation applications received by September 24th. TMHP has previously said that they could not guarantee timely processing of any application received after June 17th. If you have recently received a deficiency letter please respond in swiftly in order to remain enrolled. If you participate in any Medicaid program including, Medicaid managed care, traditional fee-for-service, the Texas Drug Program, or long-term services administered through Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services, you must reenroll. If you have not completed or submitted your application yet, this needs to be done immediately.
