It is with great pride that we announce that our firm has reached an important milestone: a decade of service! Since April 1, 2008, 1st Assistant has provided excellent, customer-focused credentialing services for a wide range of health care organizations.

Our Story

Ten years ago, we began providing credentialing services for local Austin, Texas medical providers. Over the next several years, we built up our business while focusing on perfecting our efficiency and quality of service.

In 2013, we expanded our services to national clients and began providing credentialing and payer enrollment services coast-to-coast in every medical specialty. Our firm has credentialed health care businesses ranging from primary care to physical therapy, optometry, mental health, surgery, hospitals and outpatient facilities.

And we are not stopping there. As 1st Assistant continues to grow, we have virtually doubled our growth every year since 2013 and we are sharing our knowledge and expertise with in-depth lectures and presentations at conferences nationally.
